有一套設備，400PLC帶3路ET200M，沒路都有模擬量輸入輸出，數(shù)字量輸入輸出，工作3--4小時，報INTF后轉為停止，但PLC至于運行，設備不開，不報警。只有5分，不要嫌少呀。

問題補充：
cpu硬件診斷關鍵幾條如下：Event 9 of 120:  Event ID 16# 39C4
Distributed I/Os: station failure

你先檢查系統(tǒng)中是否有OB86下載到cpu，如果沒有先下載一個。因為你列舉的報警信息只是將CPU中沒有或者破損了的OB86，這個報警信息需要一一列舉出來才能分析根本問題。
