有一套設(shè)備，400PLC帶3路ET200M，沒(méi)路都有模擬量輸入輸出，數(shù)字量輸入輸出，工作3--4小時(shí)，報(bào)INTF后轉(zhuǎn)為停止，但PLC至于運(yùn)行，設(shè)備不開(kāi)，不報(bào)警。只有5分，不要嫌少呀。

問(wèn)題補(bǔ)充：
cpu硬件診斷關(guān)鍵幾條如下：Event 9 of 120:  Event ID 16# 39C4
Distributed I/Os: station failure
Address of the affected DP slave: station number:    4
DP master system ID:      1

你先檢查系統(tǒng)中是否有OB86下載到cpu，如果沒(méi)有先下載一個(gè)。因?yàn)槟懔信e的報(bào)警信息只是將CPU中沒(méi)有或者破損了的OB86，這個(gè)報(bào)警信息需要一一列舉出來(lái)才能分析根本問(wèn)題。
